Gurleen is a legal professional having over 16 years of experience. Her expertise lies in handling corporate legal matters, due diligence and transaction structuring, civil litigation, monitoring/restructuring/resolution of stressed assets, recovery through enforcement of the SARFAESI Act, Debt Recovery laws and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. 

Before joining Arcil, she was working with Phoenix ARC Private Limited (associate of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited) since 2011. In her last role at Phoenix ARC Pvt. Ltd. as Head of Legal and Large Portfolio Management Group, while handling the transaction structuring and monitoring/ restructuring/ resolution of stressed assets, amongst other aspects, she was also responsible for various regulatory compliances including compliances relating to Reserve Bank of India.
