Aswini brings more than two decades of experience in Infrastructure Finance, International Stressed Assets, Special Situation Funds and expertise in investment across capital structure in Indian corporates. Prior to joining Arcil, Aswini was Senior Vice President in the role of Investment Director with Edelweiss Special Opportunities Fund. Prior to that he has worked at various leadership roles at Samena Capital, Srei Alternative Investment, Clearwater Capital and Vedanta Resources.

He started his career working for eminent brands like ICICI Bank and ABB India. Aswini holds an Honours degree from NIT (then REC), Rourkela in Mechanical Engineering, where he topped his class and a PGDBM from IIM, Bangalore.
