Mr. Kela has almost two decades of experience in secretarial functions including, regulatory, legal and statutory compliance. He joined Arcil in 2012.

Prior to this, Mr. Kela has served as a Company Secretary of a Housing Finance Company, an NBFC owned by Edelweiss Group. During his tenure there, Mr. Kela acquired extensive experience in the field of Corporate Law, as also matters within the purview of various regulatory agencies like the Reserve Bank of India, National Housing Bank, SEBI, Stock Exchanges, Commodity Exchanges, etc.

Mr. Kela is a Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and Commerce.
