He excels in conducting thorough identification and analysis as per SDLC requirements.

Previously, Sharad held roles at SBI across various IT departments, focusing on Computer and Communication, Core Banking Implementation, and Business Intelligence. His roles encompassed solution provision, architecture & design, analytics, and business intelligence.

Sharad specializes in the architecture and design of Business Processes, and if necessary, in their re-engineering. He has a strong track record in creating robust Data Repositories, Web-based Intelligence Reports, Crystal Reports, Dashboards, and Mobile app-based reports. His expertise also includes Warehouse data structure, flowcharting, system flow, architecture, and normalization.

His focus areas also include Collection & Recovery, Asset Management, Asset Classification/NPA/Provisioning systems, Deposit Information Systems, and Banking Transaction systems’ architecture in OLAP environments. He has extensive experience in Data Center Management, Telecommunication Management, system integration, and Information system audits.

He possesses deep proficiency in Banking Project Management, Data Model, Solution Architecture, Data Architecture, DBA, Information Security, and Data Requirement Analysis.
