Rajat Agrawal has extensive experience in the BFSI sector spanning Business Development, Negotiations, Distressed Debt, Restructuring, and Risk Management. He is a seasoned leader in global and private banking.  Prior to joining Arcil he was the Managing Director of BlackRock Alternative Investments. He has held prominent leadership roles at HSBC and DBS previously. Rajat has completed his graduation from St. Stephens College, Delhi, and post-graduation from Indian Institute of Management-Ahmedabad.
